A co-founder of The MEK Group, Jamie Snyder brings innovative thinking and creative solutions to communication challenges. She served as the principal organizer for the first NSWC Crane University Summit in Indianapolis, bringing together for the first time Vice Provosts and directors of engagement from Purdue, Indiana University, Notre Dame, Rose-Hulman and other colleges to discuss technology innovation and economic development with leaders from the $2 billion naval federal laboratory. That ground-breaking event earned her an EPIC award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

She received top tourism promotion recognition from Daviess County Indiana for her innovative work in transforming an Amish-based quilting fund-raiser into a nationally recognized event, bringing the editors of a leading consumer magazine to the region. A local event thus scored international media coverage, boosting a multi-million-dollar industry in the region.

She remains closely involved with the continuing brand development and execution for Major Health Partners, working directly with Major Hospital administrators and marketing staff to create and execute a 21st century brand that accurately reflects the full spectrum of healthcare services at Major Hospital and Major Health Partners. In the regional development arena, she directed all the concepts for an all-new corporate identity for the Greene County Economic Development Corporation (Indiana).

Snyder’s passions include historical preservation, architecture and real estate development. After 17 years of successful experience in the greater Los Angeles area, Snyder returned to her native Indianapolis in 1993.
